Ah! There we go with another messed-up anime. Life in a small city can never be boring. Not when your city is home to some crazy people. The residents might be normal, but these two girls are always in their own fantasies. Yuko and Mio are bright, cheerful girls. The story revolves around these two and a quiet girl Mai, an android Nano, her creator (professors), and a talking cat Sakamoto.
But the odd life of these odd people is fairly satisfying for the viewers. The comedy level of this anime totally broke the needle of the meter. The reason for it being on the top second is its ability to change its viewer’s mood from sad to excited in just a couple of minutes.

After greeting his mother, Ryuji goes to the school and there he finds out that he has been granted the same class as his best friend “Yusaku” and his crush “Minori”, but the major problem is the dangerous animal “Taiga” also known as “Palm-Top Tiger” happens to be in the same class. She’s a beast that no one should ever face, but unexpectedly she is a close friend of “Minori” so interaction with her is unavoidable.
This unavoidable interaction causes a twist in the story of our protagonist. The storyline of this anime is fantastic, and the spices of life are perfectly blended into it with extra toppings of Romance, making it the perfect masterpiece to take the top spot on this list.
